Upon arrival at this lovely flat in Barnard Castle, we were pleasantly surprised by the thorough instructions provided by our host, Joan. the top flat was well-appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a generous selection of breakfast essentials. the comfortable bed and spacious room were perfect for our weekend getaway with our furry companions. the large shower with ample hot water was a refreshing treat after our long walks along the nearby river. The central location of the flat was ideal for exploring the charming town and surrounding areas. the enclosed courtyard was a convenient spot for our dogs to stretch their legs. Our hosts were friendly and informative, offering helpful recommendations for dining and activities in the area. Although the towels were on the smaller side, the overall cleanliness and comfort of the flat exceeded our expectations. We would definitely consider returning to this dog-friendly accommodation in the future.
